What Siegu Connect does
Siegu is local-first by design, but your devices still need to meet when they aren’t on the same network. Connect provides a minimal relay that introduces your devices to each other with an encrypted WebRTC handshake — then steps out of the way. Your data travels directly between your devices, end-to-end encrypted.
- Sync between your own devices over the internet — phone to PC, on any network.
- Share collections with anyone through the view-only web client.
- Hosted by the Siegu team — no ports to open, no servers to run.
- Included with Pro and Family — no separate subscription.
The relay only ever sees encrypted connection details — never your files, metadata, or manifests. See the security model and the privacy policy.
Not sure where to start? Download Siegu for free — the app is free, local, and fully yours; upgrade any time.
